Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from MAR Traders through martraders.store.

RETURN REQUEST PERIOD

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. Requests submitted after 7 days might not be accepted, except where the product is defective, does not match its description, or applicable consumer law provides additional rights.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unopened and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels and included items.
  • Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.

Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, MAR Traders may arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances, product availability and applicable law. If the claim is confirmed, MAR Traders will arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery costs.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 calendar days only when the product remains unused, unopened and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for return delivery costs for a change-of-mind return. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind:

  • Opened personal-care, hygiene or health-related products.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Perishable products.
  • Digital products, downloadable items or gift cards.
  • Products marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”.
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect or improper handling.

These exclusions do not apply when a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or where a return is required by applicable law.

Include your order number, reason for the return and supporting photographs or video where relevant. We will review your request and provide the return address and instructions.

Products returned without prior approval might not be accepted. Please package the product securely to prevent damage during return delivery.

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and normally notify you of the outcome within 3 to 5 business days.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will explain why the return has not been approved. The customer may be responsible for having an ineligible product sent back to them.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 5 to 7 business days after inspection and approval.

Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. The customer must provide accurate refund information.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit or a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can normally be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and the return conditions in this policy will apply.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty periods and conditions vary by product. A manufacturer warranty does not replace any rights available under applicable consumer law.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Pakistani consumer-protection law, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 where applicable.
